Chocolate cups with mousse: the delicious dessert that everyone will love!

Rich and creamy, yet light and fluffy, everyone will love this recipe!
INGREDIENTS
400g (2 cups) dark chocolate;
200ml (¾ cup) chickpeas water;
3ml (½ tsp) apple cider vinegar;
40g (¼ cup) powdered sugar;
200g (1 cup) chocolate chips;
80ml (⅓ cup) almond milk;
Cocoa powder;
6 yogurt cups.

METHOD
- Brush yogurt cups with melted dark chocolate to cover. Let sit in the fridge for 30 minutes, then repeat the layer of chocolate and chill for 30 minutes more.
- Beat chickpeas water with apple cider vinegar and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Melt 1 cup of chocolate with almond milk and pour into the chickpeas mixture. Fold carefully and pour the mousse into a piping bag.
- Carefully slit each yogurt cup with a sharp knife and remove the chocolate cup from the plastic.
- Fill each cup with mousse and dust with cocoa.
