Chocolate mousse: the result is creamy and addictive!

You only need a few ingredients to make a creamy mousse that everyone will love!

INGREDIENTS
 1l (4 cups) milk;
 60g (1/2 cup) flour;
 100g (1/2 cup) sugar;
 ½ tsp vanilla;
 200g (1 cup) dark chocolate, chopped;
 Chocolate and strawberries for serving.
 
METHOD
  1.  Whisk flour sugar and egg yolk with half of the milk until no lumps remain. Add leftover milk while whisking and turn on medium-low heat under the pan.
  2.  Whisking constantly, let the cream come to a light boil and wait for it to get thick (it will take around 10 minutes).
  3.  Pour half of the cream aside, and mix the other half with chocolate. Whisk until it melts.
  4.  Let both puddings cool down for 20 minutes, then pour them into glasses forming uniform layers.
  5.  Serve topped with chocolate and strawberries.
