Chocolate mousse: ready without eggs, perfect for a special moment!

A delicious dessert that everyone will love! 
 
INGREDIENTS
 120ml (½ cup) full-fat cream;
 25g (¼ cup) cocoa powder;
 600ml (2 ½ cups) milk;
 40g (3 tbsp) sugar;
 30g (4 tbsp) cornstarch;
 150g (¾ cup) dark chocolate;
 100g (1 cup) dark chocolate;
 120ml (½ cup) cream.
 
METHOD
  1.  Whisk the cream with cocoa powder and add ¼ of the milk to create a smooth and lump-free mixture.
  2.  Add sugar and cornstarch in, whisk again. Pour in leftover milk.
  3.  Place chocolate mixture over medium heat and heat up, whisking, for 10 minutes or until thick and creamy.
  4.  Pour chocolate mousse through the sieve to remove any accidental lumps. Divide the mousse between 3 glasses and transfer it into the fridge for 3 hours.
  5.  Melt 100 g of chocolate in 120 ml of hot cream and pour on top of the mouse. Serve dusted with cocoa.
