Chocolate pancakes: perfect for any moment!

A delicious treat that the whole family will love!

INGREDIENTS

3 large eggs

80g (0.4 cup) sugar

180g (1.4 cup) flour

5 g vanilla sugar

5g (1 tsp) baking powder

10g (2 tsp) cocoa

90ml (0.4 cup) milk

Hazelnut cream

Broken hazelnuts and almonds

METHOD

Beat eggs and sugar, when you get a frothy mixture, add vanilla sugar, flour, baking powder, as well as milk, mix everything with a mixer and pour into a small bottle of 500 ml.
Heat a frying pan and make small circles.
Make sandwiches by filling two pieces of pancakes with hazelnut cream, then rolling the sides into pieces of hazelnuts and almonds.
