Chocolate stuffed pancakes: they will finish in no time!

INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
30g (1/4 cup) Sugar
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
1/4 tsp Salt
200g (1 1/2 cup) Flour
2 tbsp Cocoa powder
1 tsp dry yeast
1 tsp Vinegar
Custard for filling
Melted chocolate
Sugars for topping
Hazelnut grain for topping
METHOD
- In a blender add eggs, sugar, vanilla, salt and blend it, add in flour, vinegar and cocoa powder, blend it again.
- Transfer the mixture to a bottle with a hole in the lid and fry little pancakes on the hot pan.
- Add the custard to a pancake and cover with another one.
- Dip it in the melted chocolate and sprinkle it with hazelnut grain and sugars.
