Stuffed pancakes: they will surprise you at the first bite!

A delicious treat ready in no-time!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
a pinch of salt
50g (1/4 cup) sugar
160ml (2/3 cup) milk
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
15g baking powder
200g (1 1/4 cup) flour
Hazelnut cream
200g dark chocolate
1 tbsp butter
Shredded pistachios
METHOD
- In a bowl mix together eggs, sugar and salt. Add in the oil, milk, lemon juice and vanilla extract.
- Sift in the flour and baking powder.
- Fry the pancakes in a rectangle shape.
- Spread between every two pancakes the hazelnut cream and pour with melted chocolate, sprinkle with shredded pistachios.
