Pancakes bites: the ideal for a tasty break!

Crunchy and fluffy, you won't be able to stop at one!

INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
70g (1/3 cup) sugar
130g (1 cup) flour
20g (2 ½ tbsp) cocoa
5g (1 tsp) baking powder
100g melted white chocolate
100g melted milk chocolate
Candy sprinkles

METHOD
  1. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar. Add flour, cocoa and baking powder.
  2. Whisk and pour the mixture into a bottle.
  3. Pour the mixture from the bottle into the pan and make small pancakes.
  4. Coat the pancakes with melted white chocolate, then dip them in melted milk chocolate and sprinkle with candy sprinkles to decorate. Serve.
