Chocolate pancakes: the result is surprising and delicious

A cool idea for a delicious and easy to make breakfast!
 
INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
230ml (1 cup) milk
150g (1 cup) flour
150g ( 1 cup) semolina
10g baking powder
2 tsp cocoa
Hazelnut cream
Hazelnuts

METHOD
  1. In a bowl mix together eggs with sugar and salt, add in milk, flour, baking powder and semolina.
  2. Take a few scoops of the mixture and mix it with cocoa powder.
  3. Make a pancake from the white mixture and patterns on it by using the cocoa mixture.
  4. Serve with hazelnut cream and hazelnuts.
