Sweet buns: you will love them with the first bite!

INGREDIENTS
500g (3 1/2 cup) Flour
250ml (1 cup) Milk
70g (1/2 cup) Butter
80g (1/2 cup) Sugar
5g (1 tsp) Dry yeast
1 Egg
4g (1 tsp) Salt
100g (1 cup) Chocolate chips

METHOD
- In a bowl pour the milk, add dry yeast and sugar. Mix and add the egg. Adds flour and salt. Knead the dough and add butter. Knead it very well and place it into a bowl. Leave it to rise for 1 hour.
- Divide the dough into 4 pieces and make balls. Lay out each ball, sprinkle with chocolate chips and roll it.
- Place the buns on a pan and make cuts on them.
- Spread the whisked egg on top of the buns and bake them at 180C for 15-20 minutes. Serve.
