Strawberry and cream choux: you will love them with the first bite!

Everyone will love this easy treat with fresh cream and strawberries!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
240ml (1 cup) water;
115g (½ cup) butter;
135g (1 cup) all-purpose flour;
226g (4) eggs;
a pinch of salt;
a pinch of vanilla powder
7g (1 ½ tsp) sugar;
230g (2 cups) whipped cream;
270g (1 cup) custard;
Fresh strawberries.
METHOD
- Boil water with butter, salt and sugar. Add flour and stir until the ball of dough forms.
- Beat eggs into the dough one by one to form a smooth batter.
- Pipe choux onto parchment and bake at 190C/375 for 30 minutes. Leave to cool down.
- Fold cream into custard. Cut each choux in half and fill with cream. Decorate with a strawberry.
