Almond apple cake: creamy and fragrant, you will fall in love with the first bite!

A delicious alternative to the usual apple cake!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
200g (1 cup) brown sugar
180ml (0.8 cup) oil
300g (2.4 cups) flour
15g (1 tbsp) baking powder
250ml (1 cup) milk
15g (1 tbsp) vanilla sugar
200g (1.6 cup) apple
Juice of half a lemon
5ml (1 tsp) vinegar
Sliced almond
Apricot jam
METHOD
- Coat the mold with butter and coat with flour. Prepare the mixture, combine the eggs, sugar, vinegar and vanilla sugar. Gradually add flour, baking powder and milk.
- Cut the apples into slices and sprinkle them with lemon.
- Pour the mixture into a mold, arrange the apples and add the sliced almond and bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
- Coat with apricot jam.
