Sour cherry brioche: the tasty snack you will fall in love with at the first bite!

Perfect for breakfast!

INGREDIENTS:
• 1 egg
 • 0.4 cup sugar
 • 2.7oz oil
 • 8.1oz milk
 • 4 cups flour (all purpose)
 • 10g yeast
 • orange zest
 • 200g pudding
 • black cherry
 • powdered sugar
 
METHOD:
  1.  Mix all ingredients for the dough.  Knead.  Let rise for 3 hours. 
  2. Roll out the cake layer 50x25cm, spread with pudding and lay out the cherries. 
  3. Cut the cake into 4 strips.  Roll up.  Put the roll into the mold. 
  4. Let rise for 2 hours. 
  5. Brush with an egg.
  6. Bake for 35 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.  Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
