Perfect for breakfast!
INGREDIENTS:
INGREDIENTS:
• 1 egg
• 0.4 cup sugar
• 2.7oz oil
• 8.1oz milk
• 4 cups flour (all purpose)
• 10g yeast
• orange zest
• 200g pudding
• black cherry
• powdered sugar
METHOD:
- Mix all ingredients for the dough. Knead. Let rise for 3 hours.
- Roll out the cake layer 50x25cm, spread with pudding and lay out the cherries.
- Cut the cake into 4 strips. Roll up. Put the roll into the mold.
- Let rise for 2 hours.
- Brush with an egg.
- Bake for 35 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
