Stuffed seashell brioches: a fluffy recipe to fall in love with!

INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
500g (4 cups) flour (all purpose)
180g (0.8 cup) butter
100ml (0.43 cup) sour cream
60ml (0.25 cup) milk
7g dry yeast
1 tsp sugar
10g vanilla sugar
2 yolks
Apple
1 tsp apricot jam
Egg yolk
Powdered sugar
METHOD
- Mix milk, sugar and yeast. Mix flour with butter. Add sour cream, vanilla sugar, two yolks and yeast mixture. Knead the dough. Let rise for 30 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 12 parts. Shape the seashells. Layout the filling.
- Place the shells on a baking sheet with parchment paper, brush with yolk and bake at 180°C / 350°F for 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
