Fluffy brioche with yogurt: the secret to make it extra moist!

With this method, your brioche will be extra fluffy and delicious for days! 
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup warm milk
1/2 cup warm water
1/2 cup oil
1 egg white
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
4 tsp of fresh yeast
4 cups of flour
 
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 yolk 
 
METHOD
  1. In a bowl mix together water, milk, oil, egg white, sugar and yeast. Add in salt and flour. Let it rest for 40 minutes.
  2. Divide the dough into 12 pieces and fill it with cheese. Let it rise for 30 minutes.
  3. Mix cream cheese with yogurt and egg yolk and pour it onto the dough balls.
  4. Bake at 200 ‘ C ( 390’F ) for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
