Fluffy brioche with yogurt: the secret to make it extra moist!

With this method, your brioche will be extra fluffy and delicious for days!
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup warm milk
1/2 cup warm water
1/2 cup oil
1 egg white
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
4 tsp of fresh yeast
4 cups of flour
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 yolk
METHOD
- In a bowl mix together water, milk, oil, egg white, sugar and yeast. Add in salt and flour. Let it rest for 40 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 12 pieces and fill it with cheese. Let it rise for 30 minutes.
- Mix cream cheese with yogurt and egg yolk and pour it onto the dough balls.
- Bake at 200 ‘ C ( 390’F ) for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
