Easy Homemade Bread: the secret to bake it extra soft and fluffy

Adding a cup of water when baking the bread will add the extra moisture to make the bread extra soft and delicious!
INGREDIENTS
• 2 cups water
• 1 tsp sugar
• 25g yeast
• 5 cups flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 tbsp oil
METHOD
- Pour water into a bowl, put sugar and yeast. Mix.
- Pour flour and salt. Mix. Let rise for 15 minutes.
- Pour the dough with sunflower oil and knead. Let rise.
- The dough divides into two parts.
- Form two pieces of bread and put on a baking sheet. Let rise.
- On each bread make an incision, grease with milk. Place a cup of hot water on a baking sheet. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
