Bread in a can: the secret to make it soft, step by step!

A fluffy and beautiful bread made with a simple tin can! 
 
INGREDIENTS
150ml (3/4 cup) warm milk
6g dry yeast
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
300g (2 1/2 cups) flour
30g cream butter
2 tbsp seeds
1 tsp cocoa

METHOD
  1. In a bowl mix together milk, sugar and yeast. Mix in the flour and butter.
  2. Cut off 1/4 piece and mix it with cocoa, add seeds to the bigger piece of the dough. Let it rest for 40 minutes.
  3. Divide the bigger pieces into the 3 pieces. Roll out all pieces and put first onto the second and third onto the fourth.
  4. Wrap them and put them into the jars, cover the jars and bake at 180°C (356°F) for 40 minutes.
