Naan bread: how to make it at home in a few steps

INGREDIENTS
For the dough:
600g all-purpose flour

7g yeast
10g sugar
40ml olive oil
60ml water
190g greek yogurt
180g milk
For the butter:
150g butter
6 cloves garlic

METHOD
1. Melt yeast and sugar in lukewarm water.
2. Add in flour, milk, oil and yogurt.
3. Knead the dough and let it rise for about 2 hours.
4. Divide the dough and make balls, give them an oval shape and cook them in a hot pan.
5. Season your bread with the garlic butter.
