Fluffy bread: how to make it very soft step by step!

You don't have to be a professional baker to make this soft and fluffy bread.
INGREDIENTS

For the light dough
200g (1.6 cup) flour
150ml (0.6 cup) milk
4g (1 tsp) instant yeast
65g (0.3 cup) sugar
For the basic dough:
195g (1.5 cup) flour
30g (0.2 cup) milk powder
4g (1 tsp) instant yeast
3 egg yolks
45g (3 tbsp) margarine or butter
45ml (0.2 cup) milk
4g (1/3 tsp) salt
For the coating butter:
100g (0.4 cup) unsalted butter
50g (0.4 cup) powdered sugar
METHOD
- Knead a light dough, which you will later combine with the basic dough. Combine flour, sugar, yeast and add milk, knead a light dough and leave for 1 hour covered with foil.
- Make a mixture for the base dough. Pour in the flour, milk powder, yeast, eggs, milk and combine the ingredients. Add the dough that you previously kneaded and combine this two dough, then add the softened butter. Knead a fine dough and leave for 1 hour covered with foil.
- Divide the dough into 12 parts. Roll into balls. Then stretch each ball, fold it and coat one side with butter. Arrange in a pan, which you have coated with butter. Bake at 180 degrees, 20 minutes.
