Fluffy dinner rolls: how to make them soft and delicious!

So fluffy and irresistible, here's how to make them step by step:

INGREDIENTS
750g (3 cups) flour
2 tbsp (30g) sugar
1 tsp (4g) Salt
1 Egg
1 tbsp (15g) dry yeast
1 cup (250ml) Water
1/3 cup (75g) butter
 
METHOD
  1. First mix all the dried ingredients together, once mixed add the egg, the butter and the water.
  2. Knead until the dough is soft and cut into 12 equal pieces. Shape onto round bun-like rolls and set them up on a flat pan.
  3. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 200C/400F until golden. Brush with melted butter and enjoy.
