Crispy ham rolls: how to make them delicious!

Crispy and cheesy, they are irresistible! The best appetizer ever.
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
250g ham, sliced
150g mozzarella, sliced
2g (2 tsp) dried oregano
3 eggs
3g (1/2 tsp) salt
1g (1/2 tsp) black pepper
pinch of curry
100g (1 cup) breadcrumbs
40g (1/3 cup) grated Parmesan
160g (1 cup) flour
Vegetable oil (for frying)
METHOD
- Put 2 slices of ham one on top of the other.
- Top with a slice of mozzarella, sprinkle with some oregano, and wrap the roll. Continue with the remaining ingredients.
- Arrange rolls into a freezer-safe box and freeze for 25 minutes.
- Prepare the breading station: In a bowl whisk 3 eggs with a pinch of curry, salt, and pepper. Place breadcrumbs onto a separate plate and mix with grated Parmesan. Put a cup of flour onto another plate.
- Coat each roll in flour, then dip in beaten eggs and coat in breadcrumbs. Then repeat this procedure one more time to create double breading.
- In a pot, heat vegetable oil and fry the rolls for 2-3 minutes or until golden.
