For cutlet:
• 4 large chicken fillets
• 200 g butter
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• dill and parsley
• salt
• pepper
For breading:
•4 eggs
• breadcrumbs
• flour
For frying:
• 1l oil
METHOD
- Add the chopped greens, salt, lemon juice to the butter. Mix. Put in the package. Freeze for 30 minutes.
- Chicken fillet divide into large and small. Large fillet cut lengthwise. Beat off. Wrap frozen butter in a small fillet, and then wrap in large.
- Roll chicken rolls in flour. Pour eggs onto chicken rolls. Roll in breadcrumbs. Deep-fry.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
