Butter chicken rolls: the secret to make them super crispy!

So easy and delicious, try them!

INGREDIENTS
For cutlet:
• 4 large chicken fillets
• 200 g butter
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• dill and parsley
• salt
• pepper
 
For breading:
•4 eggs
• breadcrumbs
• flour
 
For frying:
• 1l oil
 
METHOD
  1. Add the chopped greens, salt, lemon juice to the butter. Mix. Put in the package. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  2. Chicken fillet divide into large and small. Large fillet cut lengthwise. Beat off. Wrap frozen butter in a small fillet, and then wrap in large.
  3. Roll chicken rolls in flour. Pour eggs onto chicken rolls. Roll in breadcrumbs. Deep-fry.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
