Fried chicken: the secret to make it crispy at home!

Simple and easy, a must try recipe!
INGREDIENTS

2 chicken thighs
2 cups cornflakes
1 tbsp salt
Pinch of pepper
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
½ cup white wine
1 bay leaf
Oil for frying
Coating:
1 egg
½ cup flour
3 tbsp of broth, from cooking the chicken
METHOD
1. Put the cornflakes in a zip bag and crush with a rolling pin.

2. using knife, cut the chicken thighs along the bone and open them.
3. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
4. Place them skin side down on a large frying pan and cook until browned.
5. Flip over, add white wine and bay leaf.
6. Cover with lid and cook for 8 minutes.
7. Take 3 tbsp chicken broth.
8. Mix the coating ingredients in a bowl. Cover the thighs evenly.
9. Roll in crushed cornflakes well.
10. Fry in oil, heated to 180°C, until it becomes brown and crunchy.
