 Pour the buttermilk over the chicken, it will make it extra crispy!
 
INGREDIENTS
chicken breast
130ml milk
salt
pepper
150g plain yogurt
lemon juice
 
DIRECTIONS
1. Mix the milk and yogurt together, add the lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Let the chicken marinate in this mixture for 60 minutes.
2. Mix the flour together with the herbs and spices and use it to bread the chicken.
3. Deep fry in hot oil
