Fried chicken tots: easy and quick to make!

Pour the egg mixture over the chicken cubes. They will be so crispy!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
• 400g chicken breast
• 1 egg
• 1 shallot
• few slices of ginger
• 1 tsp soy sauce
• 1 tsp white wine
• 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
• salt
• pepper
•2 eggs
• flour
• breadcrumbs
METHOD
- Dice the chicken. Beat the egg and pour the chicken. Add shallot, ginger, soy sauce, wine, vinegar, salt and pepper. Mix well and leave for 20 minutes.
- Roll each chicken cube in flour, egg and breadcrumbs.
- Deep-fry.
