Chicken quesadilla: quick and easy, it will be a crowd favorite!

This quesadilla has an impressive look and taste with little preparation!

INGREDIENTS

• 100g seasoned flour

• 3 eggs

• 200g breadcrumbs

• 3 chicken breasts

• flour tortillas

• Grated emmental

• Sliced ham

180°C/350°F.

METHOD

Make butterflies from chicken breasts and dip them in seasoned flour, eggs and panko.
Fry them in oil until crisp and cook, and then set aside in a warm place.
Place the tortillas on a baking sheet to make a rectangle. Top with grated emment. Lay the pieces of fried chicken on top and cover with ham and then enamel.
Place more tortillas on top and cover with greaseproof paper and other baking sheets. Bake for about 20 minutes until the cakes are crispy.
