Beer chicken with smashed potatoes: quick and easy to prepare in a pan!

Here's the method to make a juicy chicken with beer!

INGREDIENTS
1kg potatoes
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 tsp salt
5 chicken legs
140g (1 cup) flour
1/2 onion
2 rosemary strips
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
350ml (1 1/2 cup) beer
 
METHOD
  1. Boil potatoes for 20 minutes.
  2. Clean chicken legs from the skin, dip into the flour.
  3. Fry in hot oil from all sides.
  4. In another pan add oil, onion, and rosemary. Add in chicken legs, salt, and beer.
  5. Transfer to the baking pan and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes.
  6. Press potatoes and fry them from both sides.
