Beer chicken with smashed potatoes: quick and easy to prepare in a pan!

Here's the method to make a juicy chicken with beer!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
1kg potatoes
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 tsp salt
5 chicken legs
140g (1 cup) flour
1/2 onion
2 rosemary strips
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
350ml (1 1/2 cup) beer
METHOD
- Boil potatoes for 20 minutes.
- Clean chicken legs from the skin, dip into the flour.
- Fry in hot oil from all sides.
- In another pan add oil, onion, and rosemary. Add in chicken legs, salt, and beer.
- Transfer to the baking pan and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes.
- Press potatoes and fry them from both sides.
