We found the best way ever to make crispy potatoes!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
1.5 kg (3 pounds) potatoes, cleaned;
25 g (2 tbsp) butter;
30 ml (2 tbsp) vegetable oil;
salt and pepper.

METHOD
- Boil cleaned potatoes until soft.
- Heat vegetable oil and butter together. Place potatoes in a pan and smash flat using glass.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes, season with salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes more.
