Potato sticks: easy to prepare in the pan and also in the oven!

INGREDIENTS
3-4 Potatoes
2g (1/2 tsp) Pepper
110g (2/3 cup) Corn starch
8g (2 tsp) Salt
Parsley
100g (1 cup) Cheese
30ml (2 tbsp) Oil
3g (1 tsp) Paprika
1l (4 cups) Water

METHOD
  1. Cut the potatoes into squares and cook. Mash them and add salt, pepper, chopped parsley, cheese and mix. Add corn starch and knead it.
  2. Divide the mixture into two pieces. Of one piece make bigger, and of the other make smaller stripes.
  3. Bigger stripes place into pan and cover with oil mixed with paprika. Bake them at 180C for 10 minutes.
  4. The smaller stripes fry in a pan. Serve.
