Potato sticks: easy to prepare in the pan and also in the oven!

INGREDIENTS
3-4 Potatoes
2g (1/2 tsp) Pepper
110g (2/3 cup) Corn starch
8g (2 tsp) Salt
Parsley
100g (1 cup) Cheese
30ml (2 tbsp) Oil
3g (1 tsp) Paprika
1l (4 cups) Water
METHOD
2g (1/2 tsp) Pepper

METHOD
- Cut the potatoes into squares and cook. Mash them and add salt, pepper, chopped parsley, cheese and mix. Add corn starch and knead it.
- Divide the mixture into two pieces. Of one piece make bigger, and of the other make smaller stripes.
- Bigger stripes place into pan and cover with oil mixed with paprika. Bake them at 180C for 10 minutes.
- The smaller stripes fry in a pan. Serve.
