Potatoes in a pan: cheesy and simply delicious!

The secret to make the perfect cheesy potatoes is cream! Let's give it a try.
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
600 g (21 oz) potatoes, peeled and sliced;
200 g (7 oz) mozzarella;
100 g (3.5 oz) emmental;
100 g (3.5 oz) bacon;
4 tbsp cream;
Salt and pepper to taste;
Butter.
METHOD
- Boil a pot of salted water and blanch sliced potatoes in it.
- Cook bacon until crispy.
- Cover the bottom of a non-stick pan with potatoes, then top with two cheese and bacon slices. Don’t forget to season the potatoes with salt and pepper.
- Repeat all the layers once more, then cover with the last layer of potatoes, add two types of cheese and place over the low heat, covered with a lid.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, then remove the lid and broil until slightly golden on top.
