Giant focaccia in a pan: so cheesy and delicious!

INGREDIENTS
200g (1.6 cups) flour (all purpose)
100g (0.8 cup) of corn flour
160ml (4/6 cup) hot water
40ml (1/6 cup) olive oil
7g dry yeast
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 carrot
1 sweet potato
Parsley
Cheese
 
METHOD
  1. Mix all ingredients and knead the dough. Let rise for 1 hour.
  2. Divide the dough into 3 parts. Roll out the cakes. Place slices of cheese between the cakes and form focaccia.
  3. Put in a frying pan. Let rise for 30 minutes. Fry over low heat on both sides.
