Cheesy focaccia: perfect for a delicious dinner!

INGREDIENTS
Mold circumference 26 cm.
150g (1.2 cup) of flour 00
150g (1.2 cup) of durum wheat semolina
175 ml of water
25ml (0.1 cup) of olive oil
5g (2 tsp) dry yeast
a pinch of salt
5g (1 tsp) sugar
Charging:
4 medium potatoes (350g/2.1 cups)
200g (0.8 cup) Edam cheese
5 ml Oil
Coating oil
20g (2 tbsp) sesame seeds
Salt and pepper as desired

METHOD
- To prepare the dough: pour a little flour into a bowl, add yeast, sugar and a little water, then combine the ingredients and leave for 15 minutes covered with a kitchen towel.
- After 15 min. add oil to the mixture and combine, then add the rest of the water and flour. Knead a fine dough and let it rise for 1 hour.
