Stuffed focaccia: cheesy and mouth watering!

You only need a glass to make a cheesy focaccia that will surprise everyone!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
200ml (⅔ cup) warm milk;
½ tsp salt;
1 tsp sugar;
10g (1 tbsp) fresh yeast;
30ml (2 tbsp) vegetable oil;
400g (3 1/4 cups) all-purpose flour;
500g (1 pound) potatoes, peeled, chopped, boiled;
30ml (2 tbsp) milk;
90g (1 cup) cheese, shredded;
Salt and pepper.
METHOD
- Whisk warm milk with sugar, oil and crumbled yeast. Combine salt with flour and mix both components together.
- Knead the dough until smooth, cover and set aside for 1 hour.
- Mash potatoes with milk, salt and pepper. Mix in cheese.
- Roll out the dough into a disk, place a ball of potato filling in the middle, then carefully gather and pinch the edges of the dough together at the top of the filling.
- Flip the ball seam-side down and carefully press to form a disk. Set aside for 20 minutes.
- Decorate the disk, pressing wine glass on the surface, as shown in the video.
- Brush with egg wash, sprinkle with sesame and bake at 180C/350F for 25 minutes.
