Potato patties: cheesy and delicious for a quick dinner!

Potato patties are a great way to use up mashed potatoes to make another recipe that is crisp, hot, and delicious. This easy recipe is loved by everyone!

INGREDIENTS
4 potatoes
250ml (1 cup) milk
30g (3 tbsp) potato starch
4g (1 tsp) salt
Grated cheese

METHOD
  1. Cook the potatoes. Peel them and mash.
  2. In a bowl mix milk, potato starch, and salt. Add it to the mashed potatoes and mix.
  3. Divide the mixture into 8 pieces and fill each piece with the cheese.
  4. Make a round shape and place them in a pan.
  5. Cook it on each side and serve.
