Potato flan: delicious and creamy for a quick dinner!

INGREDIENTS
500ml (2 cups) of heavy cream
Salt
2 cloves of garlic
Thyme
Pepper
10 potatoes
Butter for brushing
Parmesan
Cheese
METHOD
1. In a saucepan add the heavy cream, salt, garlic, thyme, and pepper and mix. Bring it to the boil and then remove from heat.
2. Cut the potatoes into slices and set them aside.
3. Brush the pan with the butter and arrange one layer of potatoes. Season with salt and sprinkle with parmesan.
4. Arrange another layer of potatoes and pour prepared cream on top. Cover with kitchen foil and transfer to the oven. Bake at 180°C/360°F for 20 minutes.
5. After time has elapsed remove the pan from the oven and then add the cheese and sprinkle with parmesan. Bake at 180°C/360°F for 20 more minutes.
6. Cut the slices and serve on a serving plate.
