Giant potatoes sandwiches: perfect for a quick dinner!

The whole family will love them!
INGREDIENTS
• 1kg potatoes
• salt
• pepper
• 30g cheese
• 15g corn starch
• 2 small eggs
• flour
•2 eggs
• salt
• breadcrumbs
• oil (for frying)
• prosciutto
• mozzarella
METHOD
- Boil the potatoes. Peel and mash. Add salt, pepper, cheese, corn starch, 2 eggs and mix. Mashed potatoes divided into 4 parts. Roll in flour, then in beaten eggs and in breadcrumbs. Fry in plenty of oil.
- Cooked potato rolls in half and put prosciutto and mozzarella.
- Bake in the oven for 5 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
