Giant potatoes sandwiches: perfect for a quick dinner!

The whole family will love them! 

INGREDIENTS
• 1kg potatoes
• salt
• pepper
• 30g cheese
• 15g corn starch
• 2 small eggs

• flour
•2 eggs
• salt
• breadcrumbs
• oil (for frying)
 
• prosciutto
• mozzarella
 
METHOD
  1. Boil the potatoes. Peel and mash. Add salt, pepper, cheese, corn starch, 2 eggs and mix. Mashed potatoes divided into 4 parts. Roll in flour, then in beaten eggs and in breadcrumbs. Fry in plenty of oil.
  2. Cooked potato rolls in half and put prosciutto and mozzarella.
  3. Bake in the oven for 5 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
