Layered Beef Potato Casserole: perfect for a quick and tasty dinner meal!

You're going to feed the whole family with this amazing recipe!

INGREDIENTS

6 large potatoes

500g ground meat

1 cup water
2 onions

4 green peppers

3 garlic cloves

1 cup tomato sauce
1 tsp tomato paste

1 tsp salt
1 cup parsley

Black pepper

1 tbsp butter

2 tbsp sunflower oil

Cheese

Cherry tomatoes

METHOD

Fry the minced meat with all the ingredients.
Peel and slice the potatoes. Deep-fry.
At the bottom of the mold put ½ potato then a layer of minced meat. Then lay out the second part of the potato.
Sprinkle cheese on top. Garnish with cherry tomato halves. Bake at 180°C/350°F for 20 minutes
