Besides being delicious, this potato pizza is super easy to make. It’s ready in just a few minutes and is perfect to serve for dinner.

INGREDIENTS
3 potatoes
salt
pepper
thyme
olive oil
30g Parmesan cheese
2 tsp corn starch

prosciutto
cheese

DIRECTIONS
1. Grate the potatoes and add the spices, cheese and corn starch to them.
2. Place the mixture onto a pan and let it cook well on both sides.
3. Cover the top side with prosciutto and cheese.
4. Serve warm.
