Quick potato and ham pizza: this recipe is very quick and useful for when you have little time to make dinner!

Besides being delicious, this potato pizza is super easy to make. It’s ready in just a few minutes and is perfect to serve for dinner.

INGREDIENTS
3 potatoes
salt
pepper
thyme
olive oil
30g Parmesan cheese
2 tsp corn starch

prosciutto
cheese

DIRECTIONS
1. Grate the potatoes and add the spices, cheese and corn starch to them.
2. Place the mixture onto a pan and let it cook well on both sides.
3. Cover the top side with prosciutto and cheese.
4. Serve warm.
