INGREDIENTS

• 1kg boiled potatoes

• 1 cup milk

• 1 tsp salt

• 500g chicken

• 1 red bell pepper

• 1 green bell pepper

• 1 tsp salt

• chili

• grated cheese

METHOD

Boil the potatoes and knead them. Add salt, butter, milk.
Fry pepper. Then add the chicken and cook it.
Put half of the potatoes on the bottom of the pan. Then lay the chicken and pepper and cover with the remaining potatoes. Sprinkle with chili and cheese. Bake at 180 ° C / 350 ° F for 35 minutes.
