Potato pie: a delicious dinner idea that everyone will love!

If you love potatoes, this recipe is a must-try!

INGREDIENTS

400g of potatoes

50g (1/2 cup) breadcrumbs

50g (1/3 cup) grated cheese

1 egg

Parsley

Salt

Pepper

2 tbsp breadcrumbs

100g of bacon

100g of scamorza cheese

METHOD

Cook potato in water and smash it after is cooked.
Add cooked potato in a bowl, and add breadcrumbs, grated cheese, parsley, salt, pepper, egg and combine well all together.
Grease mold with butter and breadcrumbs, add the mixture, spread it well and bake in the oven at 200° C for 20 minutes.
Flip out the pie, and add scamorza cheese and bacon on top and bake again at 200° C for 10 more minutes.
