Stuffed potatoes with meatballs: a delicious dinner idea to try!

The best dinner idea you will ever make!

INGREDIENTS

8 big potatoes

400g of ground meat

1/2 chopped onion

2 tbsp olive oil

16 Mozzarella balls

30g (1/2 cup) fresh parsley

2 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

20ml (1 cup) greek yogurt

100g (1/2 cup) shredded mozzarella

METHOD

Put washed potatoes onto the baking pan, drizzle with olive oil and bake at 170’ C (338’F) for 1 hour.
Cut it into half and put out each potato filling and mix it with species and parsley.
Mix the meat with onion and species, make balls from it putting mozzarella inside each meatball. Put it in the potato half.
Layout mashed potatoes onto the baking pan and top it with filled potatoes halves.
Bake it at 180’C (356’F) for 20 minutes. Then sprinkle it with mozzarella and bake for another 5 minutes.
