Stuffed potatoes with meatballs: a delicious dinner idea to try!

The best dinner idea you will ever make!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
8 big potatoes
400g of ground meat
1/2 chopped onion
2 tbsp olive oil
16 Mozzarella balls
30g (1/2 cup) fresh parsley
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
20ml (1 cup) greek yogurt
100g (1/2 cup) shredded mozzarella
METHOD
- Put washed potatoes onto the baking pan, drizzle with olive oil and bake at 170’ C (338’F) for 1 hour.
- Cut it into half and put out each potato filling and mix it with species and parsley.
- Mix the meat with onion and species, make balls from it putting mozzarella inside each meatball. Put it in the potato half.
- Layout mashed potatoes onto the baking pan and top it with filled potatoes halves.
- Bake it at 180’C (356’F) for 20 minutes. Then sprinkle it with mozzarella and bake for another 5 minutes.
