Meatballs and potatoes omelette: the perfect dish for your special dinner!

INGREDIENTS
1 onion
500g minced meat
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/3 tsp Mixed herbs
1/3 tsp Paprika
3-4 Potatoes
3 large eggs
2 egg yolks
235ml (1 cup) cream
183ml (3/4 cup) milk
100g Mozzarella shredded
METHOD
- Cut potatoes into slices, in a bowl mix the meat with species, onion and egg. Make a little balls from it.
- In another bowl mix together eggs, egg yolks, cream and milk.
- Layout potato slices onto the baking pan, then add meatballs with more potato slices onto it, sprinkle with shredded mozzarella and top with prepared egg mixture.
- Bake at 180’C ( 356’F) for 60 minutes.
