Duchess potatoes: the French dish to prepare on special occasions!

A delicious and quick potato recipe for dinner!
INGREDIENTS
5 Potatoes

Oil
Salt
Onion
400g of Minced meat
Pepper
100g of Cheese
30g (2 tbsp) of Butter
METHOD
- Wash and peel the potatoes, cut them in half, and remove the middle part with a spoon. Transfer to a baking sheet, grease with oil, season with salt, and bake in the oven at 200°C/392°F for 30 minutes.
- Boil the middle part of the potato in water, drain them and transfer it to the bowl. Add the butter, salt and smash it while hot.
- In a pan add oil to the pan and fry the minced meat. Season it with salt and pepper. Transfer the minced meat to a bowl and mix with the cheese.
- Fill the potatoes with the minced meat mixture. Add the mashed potatoes into the whipped cream bag and spread on each potato.
- Bake the potatoes in the oven at 200°C/392°F for 25 minutes.
