Yogurt cake: fluffy and light to prepare on special occasions!

Every bite is heaven! Here's an easy recipe to make a creamy dessert in no-time:
INGREDIENTS
50g (1/3 cup) of flour
50g (1/3 cup) of flour
20g (1/4 cup) of corn starch
300g (1 cup + 2 tbsp) of yogurt
2g (1/4 tsp) of salt
30ml of vegetable oil
4 egg yolks
1 tsp of vanilla extract
4 egg whites
80g (1/3 cup) of sugar
1 tsp of lemon juice
METHOD
- In a bowl add the egg yolks, yogurt, salt, vanilla extract, flour, cornstarch and mix all until is well combined.
- In another bowl add the egg whites, sugar, lemon, and whisk with a mixer until the egg whites are firm.
- In a bowl with the egg yolks, add the spatulas from the egg white mixture and mix well with a spatula.
- Add the egg yolks mixture into the rest of the egg white mixture and combine all together well.
- Add the mixture into the mold and spin in a circle with a skewer stick. Gently tap the mold a few times to remove the air bubbles.
- Add the mold to the baking tray and pour hot water. Bake in the oven at 284°F/140°C for 60-70 minutes.
