Yogurt creamy cake: a light dessert to try

You only need a few ingredients to make an incredible cake in a few steps!
INGREDIENTS
4 eggs, separate egg whites and yolks;
Salt;
3 tbsp of sugar;
350g of yogurt;
1 orange, zest;
3 tbsp of corn starch;
Powdered sugar.
METHOD
- Beat the egg whites with a little salt until stiff.
- Mix the egg yolks with the sugar, yogurt, orange zest and corn starch. Add the egg whites and mix everything together.
- Pour the mixture into the circular springform pan and bake at 170° for 40 minutes.
- Sprinkle the powdered sugar on the cake and serve.
