A unique way to bake potatoes!

INGREDIENTS
12-14 potatoes
250ml (1 cup) cream
50g (1/5 cup) melted butter
1 round Brie
20g (1/4 cup) parmesan
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

METHOD

Peel and slice the potatoes, in a bowl mix together cream, melted butter, parmesan, salt, and pepper.
Pour over the potatoes and place them into the pan and bake at 150°C (300°F) for 80 minutes.
Place Brie into the center and bake for another 20 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
