Infinite layers potatoes: delicious to serve on special occasions!

INGREDIENTS
1kg of potatoes
30ml (2 tbsp) of cooking oil
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of chilli powder
15g (2 tbsp) of potato starch
Pepper
Oil for frying

METHOD
- Using a mandolin and a handguard, thinly slice the potatoes into a large mixing bowl.
- Add cooking oil, salt, chili powder, potato powder, pepper, and mix until evenly coated. Transfer the potatoes to a cake mold (mold size - 16x-09cm) and arrange until the mold is full.
- Cover with parchment paper and bake in the oven at 230°C/446°F for one hour. Let it cool a bit a transfer to the fridge for three more hours.
- After the time has elapsed remove it from the mold and cut it into thin slices. Transfer the slices in the oil and fry for 15 minutes until they are golden.
