Strawberry rolls: easy and tasty to serve on special occasions!

INGREDIENTS
4 eggs
90g (1/2 cup) of sugar
15ml (1 tbsp) of vegetable oil
15ml (1 tbsp) of lemon (juice)
140g (1 cup) of flour
10g (3/4 tbsp) of baking powder
White hazelnut cream
Strawberries
Strawberry jam
Shredded coconut
METHOD
1. In a bowl add the eggs, and sugar and mix with an electric mixer until the eggs become nice and fluffy. Add the oil, and lemon (juice) and continue with mixing.
2. Add the flour and baking powder and mix with a spatula to combine. Pour the mixture into the baking tray covered with parchment paper and level it up. Transfer to the oven and bake at 190°C/374°F for 25 minutes.
3. After time has elapsed remove the crust from the oven and transfer to the cutting board. Spread the cream and arrange the strawberry pieces. Roll it up on the parchment paper. Transfer to the fridge for 30 minutes.
4. After 30 minutes remove the roll from the fridge and remove the parchment paper. Spread the strawberry jam on top and sprinkle with shredded coconut.
5. Cut the roll into slices and serve.
