Rose crepes: beautiful to serve on special occasions!

INGREDIENTS
500ml (2 cups) of Milk
3 eggs
3 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
170g (1 3/8 cups) flour
50ml (1/5 cup) olive oil
Powdered sugar
150g melted chocolate
Ice cream
Pear slices

METHOD
- In a bowl mix together eggs with sugar, salt, milk, oil, and flour. Fry pancakes from both sides for about a minute.
- Press pancakes with a glass to make little pancakes.
- Lay out on glass with pear slices. Fill the glass with chopped pecans and melted chocolate.
- Serve with ice cream and powdered sugar.
