Rose buns: beautiful to serve at a special dinner!

INGREDIENTS
320g (2.5 cups) flour
3 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
7g dry yeast
190ml (3/4 cup) warm milk
1 egg
1 egg yolk
3 tbsp soft butter
Salami slices
Cheese slices

METHOD
  1. Mix together warm milk with sugar and yeast, add in the egg and soft butter, mix everything well and let the dough rise for about 2 hours.
  2. Roll out the dough cut into strips, top with salami and cheese.
  3. Wrap them and spread with egg yolk. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 40 minutes.
