Rose buns: beautiful to serve at a special dinner!

INGREDIENTS
320g (2.5 cups) flour
3 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
7g dry yeast
190ml (3/4 cup) warm milk
1 egg
1 egg yolk
3 tbsp soft butter
Salami slices
Cheese slices
METHOD
- Mix together warm milk with sugar and yeast, add in the egg and soft butter, mix everything well and let the dough rise for about 2 hours.
- Roll out the dough cut into strips, top with salami and cheese.
- Wrap them and spread with egg yolk. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 40 minutes.
