Ingredients:
Dough:
500 g (1 pound) flour;
80 g (2.8 oz) sugar;
3 egg yolks;
2/3 cup warm milk;
2 ½ tsp dried yeast;
a pinch of salt;
100 g (3.5 oz) butter, melted.

Filling:
300 g (10 oz) cottage cheese;
75 g (2.6 oz) almond flour;
1 orange (zest);
1 eggs;
1 tsp vanilla extract;
120 g (4 oz) sugar.

Instructions
Mix sugar, butter, egg yolks and salt together.
Separately whisk yeast into flour. Add warm milk and egg yolk mixture. Knead the dough until smooth and set aside to double in volume.
Mix all ingredients for the filling together.
Make 10 portions of the filling for each bun, divide the dough into 10 part and roll each into a ball.
Roll out each portion of the dough to make a disk. Make 4 cuts in the disk about ½ way up to the center of it. Place filling in the middle and cover with dough from the sides forming a flower bud.
Brush each flower with egg wash and bake at 190C/375F for 25 minutes.
